Extra Linens: We have extra blankets in the bedroom closets.
- Toiletries/First Aid Kit: We have shampoo, conditioner, body soap, first aid kits and other supplies in the bathroom cabinets.
- Trash: Trash can is located at the street . Please BREAK DOWN and dispose of all your trash in the trash can when you check out of the property.
- Cleaning: Cleaning supplies are located in the kitchen under the kitchen sink.
- TV: We have a TV located in the living room with Roku. Please make sure to log out of your accounts when you depart.
- Grill: Lighters and bbq utensils are in the kitchen cabinets.
- Neighbors: There are full time neighbors on both sides of the property. Please remember noise carries on the lake. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
- Outdoor Toys: We have 4 kayaks, paddles and life jackets. Guest can use these items, but please return everything were you found it. Please do not use the canoe.
House Rules
- Only people that are part of the reservation our allowed at the home. The max overnight occupancy for this home is 10 PEOPLE including FREE Children under 2. There can not be more than 10 people in and on the property during any point of time during the rental.
- No smoking is permitted inside or outside of the home. A $300 a day cleaning fee to remove odors and stains will be applied, if you are found in violation.
- No pets are permitted. A violation fee of $500 will be charged, if a pet is on the premisses without permission, along with any other fees it may cost to remove dog waist in the yard or repair damages done by the pet.
- This home is on a septic system. Because of this, there is no kitchen sink disposal. Please put scrap food in the trash. Please don't flush anything other than toilet paper. NO flushable wipes or sanitary products can be flushed down the drain. Absolutely no grease down the drain.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning. This property is managed by Sarah at Lake Life Service. She is on call to take care of any problems and answer any questions you may have.
- No water balloons or confetti. There will be an extra charge of $250 to clean up confetti and water balloons in the yard if found.
- No fireworks. You will be charged a violation fee of $250, if it is found fireworks were discharged on the property as well as any fees to clean them up and repair damages caused by them.
- No bouncy castles, water slides, etc. You will be charged for any damage caused by these items.
- Property offers access to recreational and water activities. Guest agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, Property Manager and any and all agents, employees, or contractors for any injury or damage caused by these activities.
- Please acknowledge that we leave consumables such as condiments in the refrigerator for guest connivence. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion to consume these items if they wish.
- Please do not rearrange our furniture.
- You are responsible for any damages or missing items during your stay it will be taken out of your security deposit.
- NO PARTIES! If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors or police, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- Please be respectful of the property and clean it up before you leave. An extra cleaning fee may occur if we have to spend extra time cleaning the property over and beyond usual cleaning.
- There is a late check out fee of $300 unless you have authorized permission with the host to stay longer. Generally we will work with you if you need extra time and have called and arranged it with us, but if we are in a back to back rental situation, you must depart by 11am.
- If any of the rules are not followed or the property is damaged leading to the refund or discount of another guest following your rental, you will be responsible for that loss of income.
