Directions once on River Road: This property is located on River Road pass the second crossing. Go about 5 miles, you will pass Koozies Ice House and Grill, then Gypsies River Resort on River Road. We are about .25 miles from Gypsies River Resort on the right. When you see the American Flag hanging from the trees in the middle of the road, start looking for the house marker, which is in about 200 ft up. If you hit the Texas Flag, you have gone to far. Look for the marker on the tree labeled 8976. There is a gate with a pad lock, code will be provided at check in. Drive up the driveway past the garage to the Blue House. We are currently building out the garage for the summer, so please don't block the garage doors.

What to bring: Sunblock, Bug Spray, Pool Towels, Wood for the Fire Pit (If we have wood at the front gate, you can use it, but please limit use to 6 large logs so there is some for other guest-Thank you!), Charcoal, Tubes and other water toys or you can rent them up the road at one of the many outfitters next to the house (for insurance reasons we can not provide them).
**We are about a 15-20 minute drive to the nearest grocery store (HEB), So you may want to purchase supplies before getting to the house.** For your convenience, We usually have basic condiments, oil, sugar, creamer and coffee in the kitchen.
Just a reminder:
- We are on Septic, so knowthing but toilet paper down the toilet.
- We are on well water system, so there will be slight fluctuations in water pressure.
- Please do not park in the grassy area at the front of the house or in the rail road ties, that is our septic field.
- There is only parking for about 6 cars, so please plan accordantly because there is no street parking.
- No Pets or People that are not part of your reservation are allowed at the home.
- There is only access to the garage, the bunk house off the garage is not part of your rental, but you can rent out the extra space for an additional fee. It sleeps up to an additional 10 people.
